Due to hygiene and safety standards, hair extensions must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the unopened product in its original box along with the completed return form and RMA number clearly marked.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Send the package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method of your choice.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the security seals. Approved returns will be processed for a refund within 7-10 business days.
